Worker wages mapped to household brackets (single-earner approximation); full-time wage distributions, so the under-$15k bracket is naturally small. Allocation of the modeled impact, not survey data. The total is county-specific — it is the model's own labor-income impact. The bracket mix is driven by the industry composition of the scenario, using statewide supply-chain and wage-share vectors, so two counties running the same scenario will show the same percentage split.

Where the jobs supported by this project go home at night — the share held by residents of the selected area versus commuters from surrounding counties (Census LODES origin–destination data, 2023). Jobs held by commuters carry their payroll home to be spent, taxed, and saved where those workers live.

Job counts, not dollars — this table allocates the employment impact by county of residence. What a job pays depends on where it sits in the wage distribution, not on where its holder lives, so the payroll split is shown separately below; the two shares diverge wherever local residents hold the lower-paying jobs. LODES covers UI-reported wage & salary jobs (proprietors and most farm labor excluded). Out-of-state residents are included from the LODES auxiliary file, so border-county leakage to Alabama, Tennessee, Florida, and South Carolina is shown. Commuting mix assumed uniform across industries.

The same commuting shed, split by wage level: not just where the payroll goes home, but which payroll goes where. Dollar amounts come from this project’s own industry wage distribution; the geography of each band comes from Census LODES. The $40,000 line is the only wage threshold at which worker residence is directly observed — it is the LEHD LODES SE02/SE03 boundary ($3,333 a month). LODES thresholds are fixed in nominal dollars and have not been indexed since 2002, when $40,000 bought roughly what $70,000 buys today; the cut now sits below Georgia’s median wage, which is why the upper band holds about 83% of jobs and cannot separate a $45,000 job from a $150,000 one. Read this as low-wage versus everything else, not as an income distribution — for that, see Who gets the income. The two multipliers LOCI® uses to turn a direct fiscal impact into a total fiscal impact — computed for this exact scenario. How solid these numbers are. The bands come from re-running the full model 120 times with its two behavioral parameters drawn from their calibration uncertainty — the regionalization exponent (how much Georgia industries buy locally, calibrated against IMPLAN) and the household spending rate (BLS Consumer Expenditure Survey). The direct effect you entered is exact; the modeled ripple carries the uncertainty.

90% interval: 9 times out of 10, the true value under the model's assumptions falls inside the band. Point estimates in economic impact reports are conventionally shown without ranges; these bands are provided for transparency. County and regional models inherit the state-level relative bands.
